Kathy has always found pleasure in making homemade beautiful sweets as gifts for her loved ones. She has fond memories of baking with her grandmother ~pictured here~ as a child.

She had a passion to create her own at-home business to be able to share her treats and talents with others.

Whether it is the hand-dipped gourmet chocolate pretzels, lemon dream cookies, or her bella dolci Signature Heart cookie, you will keep coming back for more.

Ever since I can remember, I've been waking up to the smell of fresh baked goods. Even though I never really had much of a sweet tooth, the homemade smell quickly overpowered that. Mom was always baking DELICIOUS things and making sure that we were taste testing them all, which gave me a good excuse for a cheat day (or days). When Mom is baking, you better stay away from the kitchen. Every cookie has to be perfect, and for that to happen she can't have Dad peeking around the corner hoping for a taste. That's why he has to tip-toe around late at night to sneak cookies. For every holiday, Mom asks all of us "what is your favorite cookie that I make?" I can never ever give just one answer. There are too many treats to choose from and I love them all! Mom was always known as the "cookie mom" in high school and always had some sort of treat when I had friends over. I always had the best care packages in college, although sometimes I wasn't able to enjoy the treats since all my friends tried to get to them first. "Try and steal some of your mom's cookies while you are home" is a phrase I would hear quite often. Even up until today, living a few hours away from home, I still get to enjoy a little bit of home when I bite down into all of Mom's treats.
